We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated shipping charges for your order will appear during checkout. Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping.

We ship from partner factories located mainly in the United States.

Orders are normally processed & shipped within 4-5 business days from receipt of order. Following shipment, estimated delivery interval for US orders is 3-10 business days. Estimated delivery interval for international orders is 7-21 business days.

If you plan to purchase as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying early. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by USPS or other shipping services, and are unable to reimburse shipping costs due to carrier delays.

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact the carrier. Use the tracking information what was sent to you and file a form to trace your order.

They will guide you through the process of trying to locate your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages.

Many of our products are made-to-order. If you purchase several different items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times, as different manufacturers specialize in different products. Some packages may also occasionally experience shipping delays.

Tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) are shipped. If items are shipped from different warehouses, notifications and tracking information for each shipment will be sent. When receiving your tracking information, please allow up 3 days for the shipping carrier to activate/update your tracking information.
